One of the most effective diet plans that I ever had didn't involve cutting anything out. I continued to eat what I normally eat. The only changes I made to the diet were that I ate less of the bad things, and added more of the good things. It's alright to eat the bad things once in a while. You just have to remember to eat them in moderation. When eating in moderation, these foods don't have a chance to cause a lot of fat to be stored in the body.
I used to believe that dieting was all about getting rid of what you like to eat and only eating healthy foods that you didn't like. I tried to diet eating only tofu, grain, and vegetables, but that got old really fast. I missed the taste of meat, and although I live vegetables, I need to eat more than just vegetables. I tried to do another diet that consisted of eating mostly meat, but that diet didn't work out too well either. I don't know who invented these diets, but I didn't find much success in using them.
